PEYTON LINGLE  I previously used Netscape 7.2.6 on my eMac (OS 10.3.9) successfully for over a year and suddenly would not launch. So I deleted everything in my files relating to Netscape except Netscape Users and restarted.

I have downloaded Netscape 7.2 using both Safari and Internet Explorer browsers and find that it will not launch either.

Why am I having this problem?  (Version 7.2)

MOLDARIN  Netscape for Mac lost everything when Netscape desided not to keep makeing new versions for Mac.  (Version 7.2)

ANONYMOUS  Netscape 7.2 is a real godsend. It is quick, it is stable, it has an integrated mail client and address book. Good junk mail controls (not as impressive as Apple's Mail, but good). Rendering is great so far. Tabbed browsing is superior to Safari inasmuch as if 3-4 tabs are loading at once, you are not blocked out of changing tabs until loading is complete. No spinning beachball of death, like Safari's has prone to of late. I can't say enough good stuff about this latest version of Netscape! It's just what the doctor ordered!

And best of all, it was a surprise! I though that this would be a real loser broswer -- out of date, unstable, etc. -- but it wasn't. Competes with or exceeds most of the other browsers out there! A+  (Version 7.2)

ANONYMOUS  Not a bad browser. Near fast or (surprisingly) faster than Mozilla.

If you use ICQ,AIM and need a official brand/support, use this instead of Mozilla.

About Firefox? I'd use Camino instead.  (Version 7.2)
