PICWORKS  I downloaded the trial from their web iste and it failed to work on my system crashing as it opened. I reported the problem to them and recieved a prompt reply from Jay who asked me to sumbit an error report and gave me the instruction on how to.

The information was passed to the developer who promptly fixed the application. In the meantime Jay had sent me the previous version to be getting on with. I have to say all mail was promptly replied to and I have not come across anyone more helpful.

The app itself is simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. I am pleased to have found this app and only signed up to MU to write this review - keep up the good work!

LINDA DAVIS  I contacted Brush Pilot Support late Monday evening because the update, version 1.1, for the program was not searching for the brushes on my hard drive despite having followed the instructions on the site's support page. By Wednesday afternoon, I received an email from Jay with instructions complete with screen shots for testing for a possible bug. When I emailed the results back, I received another response that Jay was forwarding the problem to his programer. The best, however, was receiving a custom version in less than 24 hours which completely solved the problem. Jay also included an explanation of what was happening. The customer service from this company has been excellent for a great little program for previewing brush files for PS or PSE.

MEITNIK  Ok with the help from Apple tech support, I did a search in spotlight via ".abr" and somehow it forced spotlight to find all my brushes and thereby Brush Pilot can now too. Strange.

MEITNIK  I recently got BP. It fails to find all my brushes. It only sees the blessed preset ones. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried to reindex via spotlight; it still fails to find brushes. Any suggestions? Thanks.

HANNAL  I emailed the developer, Jay, about my disappointment that Brush Pilot does not have a print function. Since it has a print choice in the menu I thought it had a print function, even though the button is disabled. I emailed him because I thought I just couldn't figure out how to enable the print choice. When he emailed me back that there was no print function in version 1, I told him that I would not have bought it if I had known that and I requested that he add that information to his website so potential future customers could be more aware. In response, he sent me a very nice email apologizing for the confusion and he refunded my money - which I had not requested. I thought his response was really above and beyond what I expected and what he needed to do in the situation. I was really surprised and quite pleased and wanted you all to know how he supports his customer base.

HANNAL  I also found that Brush Pilot quickly, effortlessly and completely identified all of my brushes and flawlessly displays them. My big disappointment: no print function. I really really wanted a printed catalog of my brushes and I was not aware that Brush Pilot does not print. The developer says it is on the list for version 2. I will use a screen capture program to print my brushes, but it will be more clunky than if they printed from within the program. There is no information on the brush pilot website about printing or the lack of. As a brush viewer, it excels.

SUZANNE  WOW! This product is fantastic. Just what I have been hoping for! It really works, is very fast and does exactly what it says it does. A must for any Digital Scrapbooker who uses a MAC and like myself has hundreds of brushes. This is something I will be recommending to all my scrappy friends! Thank you so much.
