DESCRIPTION
SmarkFin Document based Mac OS X application for installment loan calculation. Allows to calculate periodic payment, loan amount, annual rate, period or balloon. Supports extra payments (fee or principal). Different calculations can be saved in one package file. Several documents can be opened at the same time. Demoware / Freeware - for private noncommercial use. Samples and use cases are provided at http://www.smarksoft.com/Website/SmarkFinUseCases.html (description only in German language available).
