• Modul8 slow down due to media changing to direct-to-disk in v.2.5.5 and v.2.5.6.
• Crashes due to too much memory usage by Modul8 (occurs often on machine with 4GB or more memory).

If you want to use the modules you have downloaded or created using v.2.5.x it will be necessary to move or copy them from the modules folder of that version and put them in the modules folder of v.2.5.7.

Because Mac OS X 10.5 uses more memory then the previous system version it is recommended for users who have less the 4 gigabytes installed on their computer to reduce the amount of memory allocated in modul8 to 60% or 70%. You can do this by opening up the preferences in modul8 and changing the value in the first field where "When imported, a media is stored in..."
